  • We are glad that you have chosen 1st Class Dentures. We are excited to provide you with quality dentures/partials that are customized for YOU! The care that we provide you is of great importance to us. In the process of caring for you, we have policies and expectations that we would like you to be aware of. Adhering to these helps ensure that every patient gets the quality care they are entitled to.

    Treatment and Payments

    During your treatment with us, we will keep you informed of costs before work is to be rendered. When making your new dentures/partials, we ask for a half down payment at the time the first impression is taken and the remainder balance is due at the time work is completed and delivered to you. For any repairs, additional relines, or adjustment, payment will be needed the day of those services.

    If you have dental insurance, it is important that you are aware of the coverage your plan affords. We will be glad to help you contact your insurance provider to find out this information and will be happy to help you maximize the benefits provided by your dental insurance plan. Please understand that it is your responsibility to pay any remaining balance not paid by your insurance company.

    Appointments

    Prior to your scheduled appointment, we make confirmation calls to help remind you. If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform our office by notifying us within 24 hrs of your scheduled time. Giving us a 24 hr notice of cancellation, allows another patient to fill the time set aside for you.

    Since we know that other circumstances may arise for you in the time of your appointment, we allow for 2 broken appointments free of charge. There may be a $20.00 charge at the third broken appointment or any thereafter. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may be considered a broken appointment and you may not be seen at that time. Repeated failure to arrive when appointments are scheduled may lead to dismissal from our office. If you have trouble keeping your appointments because of unplanned circumstances, let us know so that we may accommodate your needs.
