At Nechako Ridge, we value our patients, our staff, our products and our environment.

Missed Appointments

We require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If no prior notice is given or you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule and impose a $50 fee. This must be paid before receiving the next scheduled service. Exceptions may be considered for unforeseen circumstances.

Consultation Fees

Nechako Ridge patients will receive one free consultation session, with subsequent consultations incurring a nominal fee. This update ensures continued high-quality service while maintaining transparency and value for our clients.

Denture Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty program for dentures fabricated at Nechako Ridge. Warranty coverage is contingent upon the completion of recommended follow-up care and is subject to the discretion of the Denturist. This warranty does not include lost or stolen dentures, dentures requiring repair due to damage caused by animals or mishandling, breakage occurring outside of the mouth, or failure to wear partial dentures for periods exceeding two weeks.

Patient Conduct

We maintain a respectful and professional environment for all patients and staff. Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or disrespectful conduct towards our team will not be tolerated. At any point of treatment, the Denturist reserves the right to patient dismissal if the above terms are not met.
