We’ve noticed some clients are getting confused when attempting to submit multiple forms during a single session. We have made the following changes to hopefully rectify this situation:

• A “return to forms” link upon completing a submission
• Add message to user when they leave a clinic area to see if they would like to return to it.
• Disabled the form submission button on the form preview
